Community & Legal Aid

Community Outreach – Vista Lawyers participates in a number of community development and law reform initiatives affecting the low-income community in Ontario and Canada.
Actionable Change – Vista Lawyers believe that a broader response to the problems our clients face can have a greater impact on altering laws, policies, and unfair practices.
Test Case Litigation – Vista Lawyers undertakes test case work in areas of law that impact the racialized communities we service, including interventions at all court levels up to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Public Legal Education – Vista Lawyers offers legal education in a variety of legal fields, including those listed in our Legal Services. Legal education is provided virtually, or we can travel to community events, houses of worship, community agencies, support groups, etc.
